Meet Ranita – Founder | Principal
I’ve been helping people get more from their property investments since 2007—but Flourish Homes began with something deeper: a belief that property management should feel personal, purposeful, and high-performing.
After years in the industry, I saw a gap. Landlords were treated like numbers, and tenants like problems. I knew there was a better way—one that balanced strong returns with real relationships. So in 2017, I created Flourish Homes with a clear mission: to deliver expert, honest, and human property management for Brisbane investors.
At Flourish, we don’t focus on bricks and mortar—we focus on people. That includes our landlords, their tenants, and the community we care about deeply. Everything we do is designed to protect your asset, maximise your returns, and make property ownership feel easy.
While I’m passionate about helping investors grow wealth, my “why” goes far beyond business. My long-term vision is to fund and build schools in disadvantaged communities—giving underprivileged children the education and opportunity they deserve. Property has given me a platform, and I plan to use it to give back in a meaningful way.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with family, travelling, reading, enjoying great food and wine, and catching up with friends.
At heart, I believe property management should never feel transactional. It should feel like a partnership—and with us, it will.
